Coleen Coolidge is the CISO @ Segment in San Francisco, building holistic security programs that span all domains to protect customer and employee data. Previously, she did the same at Twilio (pre-IPO through post-IPO) as Head of Security, then Sr Director of Trust and Security, before moving to Segment. She's served in senior security-leadership positions at more traditional companies like CoreLogic in Southern California. One of Coleen's goals is to advance the security culture past “just having infrastructure folks get stuck doing this unaccounted-for work” to creating a comprehensive program, where everyone in the company feels ownership, understands their role in the end state, and works to improve the company’s security posture each year; in other words, shifting as far left as possible.
Fredrick “Flee” Lee is the Chief Security Officer at Gusto, where he leads information and physical security strategies including consumer protection, compliance, governance, and risk. Before Gusto, Lee spent more than 15 years leading global information security and privacy efforts at large financial services companies and technology startups, most recently as Square’s Head of Information Security. He previously held senior security and privacy roles at Bank of America, NetSuite, and Twilio. Lee was born and raised in Mississippi and holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
Jason leads the teams at Netflix responsible for corporate infosec, product and application security, privacy engineering, studio information security, security operations, infrastructure security, detection engineering, threat intelligence, and incident response. Additionally, he leads the Corporate Engineering team which encompasses a number of IT infrastructure, systems, and software engineering functions. Prior to joining Netflix, he led the information security team at VMware. He spent most of his earlier career in security consulting for firms such as @stake and iSEC Partners.
Born and raised in the Bay Area, Johnny Ramos had built his passion for music at a young age. Listening to DJ’s on various stations. In 2007, Johnny saved up enough for his first pair of turntables and started his musical journey into what would become a dream turned reality. He received a residency from 2008 to 2014 on iHeart Radio’s 102.5 KDON mix show weekends. Hitting the airwaves every week - Friday and Saturday, broadcasting in the Salinas, Monterey, and Santa Cruz areas. Johnny is a Senior Client Systems Engineer on Netflix's Corporate Engineering team. Prior to joining Netflix, Johnny held Senior Engineer roles at Twitch, Uber, and Facebook.
Swathi Joshi leads Netflix's Detection and Response team which focuses on detecting attackers’ evolving capabilities, managing the inevitable security incidents that arise, and understanding attacker motivations through threat intelligence. Prior to Netflix, she was at Mandiant/FireEye, helping companies defend against Advanced Persistent Threats (APT). Swathi was born in Mangalore, India. She received her Master's degree in Information Security and Assurance from George Mason University and sits on the board of https://sdie.org.
